Constructs a vector from an unsafe pointer to a buffer.
The elements of the buffer are copied into the vector without cloning,
as if ptr::read() were called on them.
Prefix searches with a type followed by a colon (e.g.
fn:) to restrict the search to a given type.
Accepted types are: fn, mod,
struct (or str), enum,
trait, typedef (or
tdef).
