Transform a byte-vector into a Bitv. Each byte becomes 8 bits,
with the most significant bits of each byte coming first. Each
bit becomes true if equal to 1 or false if equal to 0.
Prefix searches with a type followed by a colon (e.g.
fn:) to restrict the search to a given type.
Accepted types are: fn, mod,
struct (or str), enum,
trait, typedef (or
tdef).
