Load modal

When button is clicked, remove html is loaded, appended to body and bootstrap modal shown on it. When closed it will be removed from dom, so next time button is clicked it's loaded again, added to dom, and shown. Instead of writing whole chain of load, append, show commands, it's possible to use short version with bs.modal.load as shown here.
