ObservablePlugin.PluginObserver	This interface has to be implemented by plugin observers.
ObservableReader	Provides the API to observe cards insertion/removal.
ObservableReader.ReaderObserver	This interface has to be implemented by reader observers.
PluginObservationExceptionHandler	This interface must be implemented by any application using the plugin observation.
ReaderObservationExceptionHandler	This interface must be implemented by any application using the reader observation.

AbstractDefaultSelectionsResponse	Abstract POJO used to carry the response to a default selection request.
PluginEvent	This POJO is used to propagate a change of reader state in an ObservablePlugin.
ReaderEvent	This POJO is used to propagate a change of a card state in an ObservableReader.
