Module rustc_traits::chalk

Calls chalk-solve to solve a ty::Predicate

In order to call chalk-solve, this file must convert a CanonicalChalkEnvironmentAndGoal into a Chalk uncanonical goal. It then calls Chalk, and converts the answer back into rustc solution.
