Detecting language items.

Language items are items that represent concepts intrinsic to the language itself. Examples are:

• Traits that specify "kinds"; e.g., Sync, Send.
• Traits that represent operators; e.g., Add, Sub, Index.
• Functions called by the compiler itself.
